The new Iphone 17 pro max does not read smal QR codes. It does not focus when moving the phone closer to read the codes. It seems like it is not using the correct camera. We had a similar issue with Iphone and the lates app a while ago.

Context: The user migrated data from iCloud backup which brings the old app version on to new device.
As explained with the customer via email, the scanning trouble was confirmed to be due to an old app version 2.1.1.0 being installed. We included a fix for this issue in a later release so this no longer happens for our latest app version 2.3.1.0.
