It would be a good improvement to add more jobs in to the yearly report,
we wish to see all completed jobs in the previous years to compare yearly, and having only 1000 jobs max is not enough when we complete over 6500+ jobs/Inspections every year.
If possible, we wish to be able to have at least 10,000 jobs max in the yearly summary.
This would give us a good indication of how much we approve and discard.
Best Regards,

Thanks so much for sharing your idea!
We need to get a better understanding of this and would like more input from you or other inspectors to understand this better.
In the Job module in Onix work we have 2 reports.
Job report and the Year report.
The main purpose of the year report is to summarize all inspections done per control category.
For this report I do not think there is a limitation in number of jobs, at least the number of jobs counted is very high.
The intention of the Job Report is to summarize on the jobs done for a customer in a specific period and the focus of this report is the issues created and the follow up actions for the inspector or the equipment owner after the inspection period.
The Job report is not designed to be a year report and summarize all inspection for this customer the last year, if this is the need we need to find another solution for you.
E.g. you can search for info in Job module and export the data to excel or we have some custom report in the setting module which may be useful for you.
Any comments to this?
