We have QR codes which included an HEX code for Onix.
Usually we connect them through scanning them with our Onix app so that they are tagged.
The problem now is that the tags are abroad and we want them to link them to specific items through the HEX code.
Is it possible in Onix to add the HEX code in an existing product so we can connect them remotely?
You can simply search for the item in question by serial number, then add the Onix HEX code to the item via the “Onix ID” Field found under “Edit Equipment Details” in the Equipment module
Agree. That’s the best way if Jeffrey’s buying tags from Onix.
But if he’s not, the Onix ID field won’t work and we need another solution or new features.

We dont have the Equipment module at the moment. I understand from your Technical department that it is not possible in the Onix Work application.
