I guess that you bought the equipment (QR code attached) from a supplier who also uses Onix and already registered the equipment in our system.
If we look into the equipment details on Onix Worker, both Owner and Supplier fields indicate the same company. The best scenario would be:
- Owner = your company name
- Supplier = the company who sells you the equipment
I would highly recommend that you request the supplier to change the equipment ownership.
Make sure to connect with their company in Onix Work before they can transfer the equipment to your Onix Work - See: How to connect with a member company.
Once that happens, both companies listed as Supplier and Owner can see the equipment in their Onix Work account.
