Starting from the 2025 Autumn release on October 24, 2025, two enhancements will take effect on job forms in the Onix platform. These enhancements are designed to make job forms clearer and more accurate across languages.

1. Country names are standardized and translated on job forms
We’re introducing a standardized list of country names across the Onix platform. When these country names appear on job forms, they are translated automatically according to the form language that you select.
Previously, the country name appeared exactly as entered in the company profile and did not change across form languages.
No action is required for this update.
2. Field label of company registration numbers is shown with country-specific terms
What’s changing
The field label for company registration number on job forms will use the local term of the company’s country. If the company’s country is not specified, the label will appear as “Entity ID”.
Previously, this field was labeled “Entity ID” for all countries.
This update ensures that the label of company registration numbers appear in the most relevant local terminology, improving accuracy across languages.
Job forms updated
If you use any of these job forms, you will notice a change in the field label of the company registration number:
- Form 4
- Inspection Report
- Quick Inspection (M)
- Bill of Materials
- Service Report
- NDT Report
- EKH Crane Report
- Modern Report of Thorough Examination
In addition to job forms, the Job Report document also includes the updated field label.
