More languages on the certificates

I asked the support regarding to have more languages on a certificate with the sam Form and got below answer:
“On 1 order line, you can add only 1 language per form.This means, on any order line, you must choose either Swedish Form 4 or Norwegian Form 4. You cannot choose both Swedish and Norwegian for Form 4.”
We need to have the option to choose Swedish, Norwegian, English and Finish on for example Form 4 (M). Either you can add all language on one certificate or if you can choose to have the Form 4 (M) several time on one certificate and then with all the languages on separate certificates. We need to have this done as soon as possible so I hope you can look at this as soon as you can!

Hi @Ann-Sofie_Henriksson, thanks for sharing this idea :slight_smile: We’ve reviewed it and, for now, we’ve unfortunately decided not to include it in the upcoming release. That said, we’ve documented it and marked it as “To Be Considered” for future planning.

Could you tell us a bit more about why this feature feels urgent or important to you? Understanding the context helps us better evaluate and prioritize it going forward.

Hi Michael,

It is a requirement that the certificates are in the correct language in the country the product is sold in (we sell our products in Sweden, Norway, Finland etc). Don’t you have any other customers who works in both Sweden and Norway for example and have the same requirement?

When suppliers sell equipment through Onix, they usually create one order line per specific end customer in a specific area or country. Because of that, we’ve not previously encountered the need for having multiple languages per order line.

That said, we understand that your operation works a bit differently, and we can see how having certificates in multiple languages per order line could be beneficial in your case.

To help us prioritize this product idea, we need to understand if this is a broader need.
If other suppliers also require this functionality, please give a vote or leave a comment on the idea.
