Inspection App - default equipment filtering

We have an issue that had its initial discovery during an other discussion here: Merging of duplicate equipment

The issue is in the inspection app, on the equipment module. when searching for items, the default filtering is “Active Equipment”. is it possible to make the default filtering be “All Equipment” somehow? Can i as an Admin set the default? or is it done in the app code or server side?

You can pin the view so it appears as default in the Equipment module of Onix Inspect. Here’s how:

  1. Select a desired view.
  2. Click the three-dot button.
  3. Select Pin this view.

Thank you for that clear and to the point explanation.
Is there any way for us to set a specific view as default for our users?
Or asked in a different way; is it possible for admin to push changes to a users account?
Especially these two things are of interest, as it makes customer support a lot easier for the admin.

  • Change default settings

  • Force logout
