Onix Inspect - Form property data got removed on job upload

We have identified an issue where job uploads from Onix Inspect to Onix Work exclude form property data even though the information was previously entered on Onix Inspect.

Impacted apps: Onix Inspect

Impacted forms: Form 4

How to reproduce the bug:

  1. Go to Onix Inspect
  2. Create jobs using Form 4
  3. Fill in form properties
  4. Upload jobs

Current behavior: Form propety data entered on Onix Inspect does NOT appear on Onix Work

Expected outcome: Form propety data entered on Onix Inspect appears on Onix Work

Workaround solution:

  • Create jobs directly on Onix Work until we confirm the issue on Onix Inspect is resolved.
  • In case you have to create jobs on Onix Inspect:
    • Always save backup file before uploading jobs, and
    • Toggle off Automatically file job after upload, and
    • Update form property data for the open job on Onix Work before clicking File.
