Scenario 1: Tried uploading signature on Onix Work > Users & Roles Settings but it didn’t let me.
Signatures cannot be added directly through Onix Work. The correct place to upload your signature is Onix Account. Once saved there, it will automatically sync to your user profile in Onix Work’s Users & Roles settings.
Note that this applies to your own profile only. Even if you are an Administrator in Onix Work, you cannot upload or manage signatures on behalf of other users.
Scenario 2: When I saved signature in Onix Account using Safari, it disappeared.
This is most commonly caused by using an unsupported browser. Onix web applications, i.e. Onix Work, Onix Maker, and Onix Account are officially supported on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. For the best experience, we recommend switching to a supported browser and trying again.
Scenario 3: No matter how much I resized it, the signature wouldn’t fit within Onix frame.
This usually happens when the signature image has too little white space around it. Try taking a photo of your signature from a higher angle to capture more white space around the edges. This gives Onix enough room to fit the image correctly within the frame.
