No equipment found on Onix Pick and Pack after importing on Onix Maker

Context

  1. Producer company uploaded equipment on Onix Maker of Supplier company.
  2. Supplier scanned RFID tag on Onix Pick and Pack & encountered the error message “No equipment found with this tag”.
  3. Producer company reimported the file & encountered “duplicate equipment” error.

Solution

Log in to Onix Maker > Serialized orders > Import history > View details.

“Duplicate equipment” error happens to all rows in the file upload “Duplicate equipment” error does NOT happen to all rows in the file upload
This means all equipment have already been registered in Onix database successfully.

In this case, reach out to Onix Support (support@onix.com) for further investigation.


This means some rows in the current file upload have never been imported on Onix Maker before.

In this case, remove duplicate rows from the file and re-import the remaining.

Because when a row is erroneous, the whole file would fail to be imported. You need to correct the error or remove duplicates before re-importing.

Once solved, supplier can try scanning the tags of those equipment again on Onix Pick and Pack. All equipment should be found successfully.
