Context
- Producer company uploaded equipment on Onix Maker of Supplier company.
- Supplier scanned RFID tag on Onix Pick and Pack & encountered the error message “No equipment found with this tag”.
- Producer company reimported the file & encountered “duplicate equipment” error.
Solution
Log in to Onix Maker > Serialized orders > Import history > View details.

This means some rows in the current file upload have never been imported on Onix Maker before. In this case, remove duplicate rows from the file and re-import the remaining. Because when a row is erroneous, the whole file would fail to be imported. You need to correct the error or remove duplicates before re-importing. |
Once solved, supplier can try scanning the tags of those equipment again on Onix Pick and Pack. All equipment should be found successfully.
