Onix Inspect - No documents shown under equipment details

There is currently an ongoing issue with Onix Inspect where no documents shown under Equipment details. However, documents can be found on Onix Work just fine.

Our development team is actively working on a fix with highest priority.

We understand how disruptive this is and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it might have caused you so far. We’ll keep you posted on our fix plan.
