Scan to link tags to equipment

You can now link a tag to equipment directly in Onix Work by scanning it with a scanner in HID mode. We have tested and confirmed this feature with Zebra RFD90, Extronics iRFID500, and Elatec TWN4 scanners. Other scanners that operate in HID mode may also work but have not been tested by Onix. After the scanned tag is validated, the relevant global ID is updated on the equipment.

Orders - Process up to 10 000 items on each order line

You can now process up to 10 000 items on each order line in Onix Work. For orders that contain main and sub order lines, the maximum quantity on the main lines is 10 000 items, and that of sub lines is 50 000 items. The increased limit supports larger quantities on a single order line, reducing the need to split them across multiple lines.

Enhanced

Reorder equipment properties in equipment, product and orders

In the Equipment, Products and Orders modules, you can reorder properties of an equipment to suit your needs. The selected order determines how the properties are displayed in the equipment details.

Sort and group equipment by inspection projects

Inspection project is now available as a display field for sorting and grouping equipment in custom views. This helps you organize equipment based on the inspection projects it belongs to.

Equipment - View details of preventive maintenance in custom views

In the Equipment module, you can add three additional display fields for preventive maintenance jobs to a custom view:

  • Last preventive maintenance job done by
  • Last preventive maintenance job date
  • Last preventive maintenance job status

Dashboards - Group projects by more fields in the “Projects from view” widget

The “Projects from view” dashboard widget now supports grouping projects by “Equipment owner”, “Location”, “Area”, “Assigned to”, or “Created by” fields. These additional options provide you with more ways to organize projects in the widget.

Issues - Edit multiple issues at once

In the Issues module, you can now select up to 1 000 issues and edit supported fields in one action.

Orders - Set the stage for multiple order lines at once

You can now select several order lines and move them to a new stage in one action. This lets you update an order without editing each line separately.

Projects - Customize criteria to filter projects

You can now choose which criteria appear when filtering projects instead of relying on a fixed set. Configure the filter to match the project information you need to review.

Projects - Manage jobs directly from inspection project planning

You can now manage jobs for selected equipment directly from inspection project planning. From the list of open or filed jobs, you can create a new job, edit an existing job, or file a job without leaving the Planning tab.

Projects - Quickly find equipment included in inspection projects

In inspection projects, the new Look for equipment function lets you view the relevant equipment list in the Equipment module. This gives you a quick view of all equipment included in that project.

Projects - Receive individual equipment from product requests in rental and transfer projects

In rental and transfer projects, you can now select which individual equipment to receive from a request for a unique product, instead of receiving all equipment in the request at once.
