How Onix Express document transactions work

Onix Express document transactions are used to measure document deliveries through Onix Express during your contract period. This helps your company follow up document delivery usage in a clear and consistent way.

What an Onix Express document transaction is

An Onix Express document transaction is created when your company delivers a document to equipment owned by a non-member company through Onix Express. A non-member company is a company that receives documents through your Onix Express portal when you give them access, without being an Onix member.

How Onix Express document transactions are calculated

One document delivered through Onix Express counts as one document transaction.

If one document is delivered to several equipment in the same action, it still counts as one document transaction.

If the same document is delivered through separate actions, each delivery counts as one document transaction.

When equipment ownership is changed, each active and visible document delivered with the equipment counts as one document transaction.

Each time a hidden document is made visible to others, it is treated as a document delivery and counts as one document transaction.
