Use Onix Express to view and download equipment documentation that your supplier or inspector has shared with you.
Your supplier or inspector is a member company of Onix. They manage your access and decide which documents you can view.

What is Onix Express?
Onix Express is a portal where you can access equipment documentation from your supplier or inspector.
You can use Onix Express to:
- Search and view equipment documentation.
- Download or print documents.
- Receive alerts about new orders or completed inspections.
- Invite colleagues to share the documentation access with you.
Your access is read-only. This means that you can view and download documents, but you cannot change equipment, orders, inspections, or documents.
Onix Express does not include the full equipment management and inspection features that are available in Onix Work.
Get access to Onix Express from supplier/inspector company
Your supplier or inspector manages access to their Onix Express portal. You can get access in one of these ways: accept an invitation or request access.
Accept an invitation
Your supplier or inspector can invite you by email.
After they invite you, you’ll receive an email with the subject “You have been invited to Onix Express from [supplier/inspector company name]”. To activate your user account and access their Onix Express, open the invitation email and follow the instructions.
Request access
You can request access if you already have an Onix user account.
- Go to the website of your supplier or inspector.
- Select their Onix Express sign-in button, which likely looks like this:

- Enter the email address and password of your Onix user account.
- If you see a message that says you do not have access, select Request a user.
You get access after an administrator from the supplier or inspector company approves your request.
Sign in to Onix Express
Each supplier or inspector has their own Onix Express link. You must use the link from the company that shared the documentation with you. The link usually has this format: https://express.onix.com/[company-name]
To find the correct link, use one of these options:
- Ask your supplier or inspector to send you the link.
- Go to their website and select their Onix Express sign-in button.
Find and download documents
In Onix Express, you can see information about the supplier or inspector company. You may also see their contact person.
To find documents:
- Open Documents.
- Enter filter criteria and select Apply
- Select a document to preview it.
You can download or print the selected document as needed.
Invite colleagues
You can invite colleagues to the current Onix Express portal. Your company can have up to 25 Onix Express users.
- At Home, select Invite colleagues
- Select Add new user
- Enter the email addresses and select Invite when you’ve finished
You can also invite a registered contact as a user by selecting the contact and choose Invite this contact.
Change alert settings
Onix Express can notify you about:
- Orders received from the supplier.
- Inspections completed on your company’s equipment.
By default, these alerts are sent weekly.
To change your alert settings, use one of these methods:
- Select Alerts in the navigation pane, then turn the alerts on or off.
- Use the unsubscribe link in an alert email.
Switch between portals from the same supplier or inspector
One supplier or inspector can give you access to multiple Onix Express portals.
To switch between portals from the same company:
- Select your company name in the header.
- Select another Onix Express portal from the list.
Important: You cannot switch to a portal from a different supplier or inspector. To open another company’s Onix Express portal, use that company’s own Onix Express link.
